- The investor has decided that a property is a good choice based on preliminary analysis
- What now needs to be determined is the actual work that’s needed
- A physical viewing of the property may reveal work to be done
- The work to be done is entered into WorkEstimator, which in turn generates a labor and materials estimate of the work needed to complete the project
- The material costs are generated from home improvement store partners
- The totals generated from here can be fed back into InvestmentAnalyzer
- The work determined can be fed into ProjectBidder
- From WorkEstimator, the investor will be able to purchase the materials needed from a local supplier such as Home Depot or Lowe's
